Thank You for Making Blooming Hope 2025 Unforgettable
This past Saturday, April 26, the Olivia Chan Foundation community came together in the most beautiful way for Blooming Hope 2025 — and what an incredible day it was!
From heartfelt conversations to blooming new friendships, it was a day filled with connection, compassion, and hope. With your support, we are able to continue providing grief support programs for children, teens, and families — helping them find light even during their darkest times.
We’re especially grateful to our community leaders who showed up to support us, including District 1’s Austin Busch Estrada from Councilmember Lisa Kaplan’s office and District 10’s Assemblymember Stephanie Nguyen for the beautiful recognition plaque, your continued support, and for believing in our mission.
A huge shoutout to our event partners and donors whose generosity made the day even sweeter:
Greenhaven Neighborhood Church, Trader Joe’s East Sac, Café La Vie, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Philz Coffee on Freeport Blvd, Trinette Chow TLC, AOG Sisters, and Nugget Market Greenhaven location. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable day for our families.
We also want to give a special mention to the amazing angel parents who came out to support us — Ashley & Zack Koerber, Amanda Martin, Kim Lothkwong, Sara Tapparo, Gaema Obechain, Zack Koerber, and Ed Kwong. Your presence, strength, and blooming friendships continue to inspire and uplift our community.
Blooming Hope isn’t just an event — it’s a growing movement, powered by love, resilience, and the belief that no one should have to navigate grief alone.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Together, we are growing hope — and changing lives.
